Graham Gill, Executive Chef

Born and raised in London, UK, Chef Gill completed his culinary education at Westminster Kingsway College, School of Culinary Art and Food Technology in London before setting out on his gastronomic journey. He worked with some of London’s greats at The Connaught Hotel and The New Berkeley Hotel, Knightsbridge, both belonging to the infamous Savoy Group.

After his European training in four and five star hotels and restaurants across the UK and Ireland, Gill worked at the luxury Mandarin Oriental Elbow Beach, Bermuda. Prior to joining Windham Hill Inn, he had worked as Executive Chef at the Red Shutter Inn for 15 years.

Chef Gill brings his unique European influences and melds it with local flavors, even harvesting the bounty of the Inn’s organic garden to create the culinary masterpieces that the Inn has become famous for.
