Our wine dinners feature domestic and international wineries and vineyards as the event hosts. Regional menus are carefully planned to complement the wines, from the aperitif, hors d’oeuvres, main course all the way through to desserts.
In 2012 we are celebrating our 10th anniversary of the Windham Hill Inn Wine Series! This year we are proudly feauturing the following events:
Friday, March 2 – We are very excited to announce the first wine dinner of the 2012 Wine Series, featuring the wonderful wines of biodynamic, Austrian producer Werner Michlits. Please join us for an evening with hearty Austrian cuisine and old world wines in the winter wonderland of Windham Hill Inn.
Friday, June 15 – Australias D’Arenburg vineyard is celebrating their 100th anniversary and we feel honored to share their wines with you, paired with authentic dishes from McLaren Vale. Our guest host Joyce Hulme will guide you through the evening.
Friday, July 20 – Our annual Tablas Creek Wine Dinner with Co-owner Bob Haas. Rhone style wines from the Paso Robles region in California.
Friday, September 7 – Discover Burgundy with Sheilah Reynolds from Vineyard Brands
Saturday, October13 – Our annual Italian Wine weekend where this year we will be featuring Tuscany. Michael Burke from Vias Imports will share his passion for Italian wines and cuisine.
