Dining at The Windham Hill Inn is an experience in itself. Created with skill, passion and

Wherever possible we use fresh, local produce in our menus and only ever serve the best seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs.
Join us at our cozy and newly renovated pub at the Windham Hill Inn. Open Wednesday through Sunday in off season and seven nights a week during the summer and fall season, 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
We are serving the same great quality food from Chef David Crone and his culinary team in a more casual setting.
Be awakened by aromas of baking muffins and freshly ground coffee as you watch the mist rolling out over the Frog Pond through the wraparound windows while savoring your first cup.
Breakfast, served daily in the dining room from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., is included in our room rates.
Choose from a full, three-course gourmet country breakfast with homemade muffins, scones, pancakes, fresh fruits, juices and smoothies, savory egg dishes or sweet country entrées and more. Champagne breakfasts can be arranged on request. Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We gladly try to accommodate your special request.
Acclaimed as one of Southern Vermont’s finest restaurants, The Windham Hill Inn has earned a well-deserved reputation for its eclectic menus with creative flourishes. Guests can choose between our delicious a la carte menu with premium appetizers, fresh salads and savory entrees or, for the more discerning palate try our signature, six-course tasting menu, where each course is paired with the finest selection of wine.
Dinner, offered to the public as well as to our inn guests, is served each evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
A full bar is available, serving an extensive drinks menu with monthly specials, a wide range of international wines, dessert wines, champagnes and sparkling wines by the bottle or glass. In addition, we also offer a comprehensive selection of ports, liquors and spirits.
Windham Hill Inn has been awarded Four Diamonds from AAA for the inn and restaurant and is a Wine Spectator “Best of Award of Excellence” recipient and regularly arranges dining events such as the sell-out Wine Series dinners.

Windham Hill Wine Series
Our wine dinners feature domestic and international wineries and vineyards as the event hosts. Regional menus are carefully planned to complement the wines from the aperitif, hors d’oeuvres and main course all the way through to desserts.

July 24, Friday
Please join us for one of our most popular wine events of the year - the Tablas Creek wine dinner with owner and legend Bob Haas. Chef David and his culinary team have created a five course paired dinner featuring a variety of Tablas Creek wines (including a library selection of two) as we honor one of the best Rhone producers in all of California. Great food, wine and many stories, an evening not to be missed.
September 11, Friday
Discover the high altitude and attitude of Argentina with our South-American wine dinner. Due to a scheduling conflict we had to move our June date to September.
October 17, Saturday
The highlight of the year - our Italian wine weekend, hosted by Michael Burke from Vias Imports.
